How to order (individuals), others go to Retailers

You can order by email. Please mention the product numbers of the articles you want to receive. Do not forget to mention your postal address.

The sending cost of our scarves is free for Belgium and The Netherlands. The price for other countries and products can be obtained by email. The parcel will be sent after receiving your payment. Use our IBAN and BIC code for cheap international payment.

Not completely satisfied ?

Are you not entirely satisfied with your choice? No problem. You have up to 7 working days after receiving to send the products back. Send us an email within these 7 days. Immediately after receiving your package, we refund the money you paid us. The articles must be sent in the same state and the packaging must be equivalent, so that we receive the products intact. You also have to pay the sending cost.

By accessing and using the PANAMAN website you agree to the following general conditions.

Intellectual property rights

The contents of this site, including the marks, logos and images are protected by intellectual rights and belong to PANAMAN. The material on this site can be used and printed only for personal and non-commercial use.

Restriction of liability

The contents of the site (links included) can at any time without notification be changed, modified or completed. PANAMAN gives no guarantees for the good functioning of the website and can in no manner be held responsible for any form of damage which would result from the access to or the use of the website.

 

Sale conditions

1. The content of the sales agreement applies only to consumers and legal persons who buy the products for non-professional aims. To traders other sales conditions apply. The agreement is accepted after receiving the order and the affirming email from PANAMAN. By placing the order the customer accepts these conditions.

2. In spite of the care when developing the website (www.panaman.be) errors can occur. Because of the unique nature of some products it can happen that a product is no longer available at the moment you consult the site. PANAMAN will take care that the data on the website are updated as soon as possible when necessary. If a product is no longer in stock, the customer can not claim any form of damage.

3. Goods or services are provided as defined on the affirming email. Goods which are not in stock are only replaced by other similar goods after approval of the customer.

4. Goods or services are provided within 14 days after sending the email for the affirmation of the order. If by particular circumstances goods can not be provided within the fixed time, the customer will be informed about it. The customer in that case has the right to cancel his order but can not claim any damage for late supply.

5. Complaints concerning provided goods or the supplied services must receive us in written form within seven days after supply. Complaints must be send to: PANAMAN, Constant Jorislaan 19,2100 Antwerpen-Deurne, Belgium.

6. The prices are given in Euro and include VAT. They can be modified on any moment. The sending happens at the expense of the purchaser, except where mentioned differently.

7. The products will be sent to the customer after reception of the payment by the costumer. The account number is 001-6179034-16 (Bank: BNP-Paribas-Fortis, IBAN: BE72 0016 1790 3416 BIC:GEBABEBB).

8. The sending happens by postal mail. The customer must refuse any damaged package or with damaged contents. Customers from outside the EU must take care of possible customs (duty) costs.

9. According to Belgian law:
"The consumer has the right to return his purchased products, without payment of a fine and without providing a reason within 7 working days as from the day which follows on the supply of the product or closing the service agreement". ("De consument heeft het recht aan de verkoper mee te delen dat hij afziet van de aankoop, zonder betaling van een boete en zonder opgave van motieven binnen 7 werkdagen vanaf de dag die volgt op de levering van het product of het sluiten van de dienstenovereenkomst.")
When the customer uses this right he must pay the returning cost. The customer must return the product in good condition and in the original or equivalent packaging to PANAMAN, Constant Jorislaan 19, 2100 Antwerpen-Deurne, Belgium. This right does not apply to software if the packaging which protects the product was opened and for books.

10. When PANAMAN does not comply with its obligations, the customer is entitled to ask compensation for the court.

11. PANAMAN keeps the customer's data only for accounting use. They are not made available to third parties nor used for sending publicity.

12. All our agreements reside under Belgian law. All arguments arising from present agreement are settled before the court of the Antwerp district (Belgium).
